As millennials, we are passionate and highly motivated to make a difference, to create and innovate. We value efficiency, comfort and style, elements that we consider essential to modern living. We are the generation that is breaking ground, and that is our greatest motivation to contribute to our community.

We realize that our generation is confident, ambitious, and achievement-oriented; owning our first home was the most important achievement of our adult life. It came with great responsibility, but it also gave us a sense of independence and accomplishment. Best of all, our home gave us freedom and security.

Our second home has become the greatest personal project we’ve ever attempted. The freedom of home ownership offers unlimited possibilities; it’s always a work in progress. This time we are determined to transform every corner of the home into smart and efficient spaces while maintaining our personal style.

Investing in real estate made sense for us. We found a mid-century home that was near move-in ready but needed minor repairs; this gave us wiggle room to negotiate the purchase price. Acquiring a property with instant equity and so much potential was the selling point for us. We are motivated to improve and enhance our home, and more importantly make it a valuable asset.
