Before

This spacious bathroom in a Parker home originally included a large soaking tub, a small shower and a double vanity. The goal was to turn this space into an elegant bathroom reminiscent of a relaxing spa experience.

Renovation

The existing bath tub (which was rarely used) was removed for a more efficient use of the space where we built the brand new shower. In place of the old shower, the space was perfect to build floor-to-ceiling shelves for much needed linen cabinets. And to elevate the look of the vanity with more elegant features, the original mirror was repurposed to accommodate a double vanity in the center and define the individual vanities. Then to highlight the entire space, detailed millwork was added.

After

The large linen-textured tile on the walls, colorful mosaic accents, unique pebble rock floor and luxurious rain showerhead lends to the spa-like experience; and together with the modern frameless glass enclosure makes for an elegant and vibrant new shower.

The custom-built linen cabinet, painted the same calming spa color as the walls, adds functional floor-to-ceiling storage space and is a seamless integration to the bathroom.

Finally, the addition of the vanity top cabinet with glass doors, as well as the millwork and elegant light fixtures elevate the look of the finished master bathroom. And the brushed nickel hardware and fixtures throughout are the finishing touches that add some shine and enhance the modern look of the entire space.
